Everything we do we do well from serving the best coffee in town to having the best tableware.   Our food is tasty, simple and produced using the best locally sourced produce.  We pride ourselves in the use of locally caught fish, donegal dry aged beef and organic vegetables and salad from our garden.  All our food is freshly prepared in our kitchens including all sauces, breads and ice creams.
